imploded the economy on purpose for several reasons, one of which was to sow social unrest. They will then reshape that fragmented society to their own ends. Order out of chaos.
They win by several available scenarios: If their stimulus bill passes, then they reshape society by financial means. If the government collapses, then they call out their jackboots at NORTHCOM and DHS and reshape society militarily.
So we must see that neither one occurs.
NORTHCOM is one of my targets. When we move, I need you to be prepared to remove whoever runs it. I want those men and materiel.
Essentially, I want every last guy with a gun in this land either under my command, or safely disarmed, or neutralized. Identify all police/military entities that may pose a threat to us.
This is not a joke. People sometimes think that comedians are just idiots making fart noises. (The comedian is usually the brightest guy in the room. He has judged himself strong enough to be able to play the fool. I heard that "Oh, he's just a comedian" argument when Al Franken was running for Senate. The man makes perfect sense. He can afford to look stupid. Most people who take pains to look respectable actually are stupid.)
This is not playtime. I entertain you as a means of keeping you watching. (And to keep everyone's spirits up. Why can't revolutions be fun?)
It is true that I am a comedian. But I am going to use this central platform to bag up all the rats and throw them into the river. Then we rebuild this society. Then I retire to a comfortable stand-up career.
