There is some kind of clearinghouse or system of settlements by which American banks clear checks, make settlements, transfer funds among themselves, etc.
I need someone to locate all communications links, electrical power sources, and computer hardware that are involved in this settlement system.
I need the ability to turn the American settlements system on and off at will.
Also: There is a Big Brother Machine, some system that makes copies of all internet traffic and routes it to the NSA. I need to know where all these systems are and which communication companies are responsible for running them. Locate all communications links and power sources for these communications companies. The reason why I need this is because I will issue a command to them to disconnect those Big Brother Machines. If they do not comply, their businesses will be terminated.
